Zephyr
Zephyr
In his music from the mitten this Midwesterner pulls together melancholy beats with a strong set of pop sensibilities. Personal and self-medicating, Zephyr's song-writing draws from a wide array of influences and musical styles that stem from electronic and classical, to rock and pop. Listener’s can expect a diverse and rich experience each time the needle hits the record.Zephyr, born Stephan Wunderlich, began seriously pursuing music at age 15 after hearing the title track to BT's 1999 release of Movement In Still Life. With a strong background in classical music training and modern rock and roll Stephan began attacking song-writing from all fronts. A graduate from the University of Michigan's Sound Engineering program, Stephan continues the campaign through the music of Zephyr, the rock bands The Setup and Mahoney, film scoring, teaching, recording and music production.
