Born and raised in Detroit, Augustus Williams, aka (DJ) Gusto, has no doubt developed into a breath of fresh air for the techno purists. Starting in 1999 spinning at house parties (alongside his best friend DJ Jesse James), Gusto has beat down dance floors repeatedly with a blend of techno, house, minimal and breakbeat creating his own hard-hitting unique style. With the help of Nightsneak, Gusto has graced the line-ups of acts such as DJ Assault, Nigel Richards, James Pennington, Green Velvet, Frankie Bones, Heather Heart, Mike Dearborn and Terrence Parker just to name a few. He is consistently in the studio and is currently revamping the project known as "Red Pill Blue Pill" with Brian Scott. Gusto's first album "Techno in my Head" is currently scheduled for release in late February 2010.
